The second camera is pointed at the drive-thru line, between the payment window and the order window. When the correct vehicle intercepts line of sight of this camera, a message will be broadcast/ shouted out in the form of "(username), (number of calories in order) calories, really?"
My art project consists of two cameras and a raspberry pi, and all relevant cabling. The first camera is connected to the pi directly, and runs OCR software. This first camera is pointed directly at the McDonald's interactive order sign. If a customized username is detected, then it will parse all elements of the order.
In my manditory business class at Community College (the two year degree, nit the four year) I drew a cube on the whiteboard once and people were impressed. One point perspective. No ruler. *Impressed*. This is one of the few things I am regularly forced to remember.

well, the `gpio-key` dtoverlay on raspbian is pretty awesome!! I hadn't realized how quick it could be to wire up some buttons and get keyboard-like behavior.
